Rome is a very confusing city, which is why we decided to create a culinary experience in the Roman countryside. We are sure you will love Frascati, where you can immerse yourself in the culture of good food and wine!

You will start the experience with a short walk through historic Frascati, the very heart of the Roman countryside. You will get a glimpse of this characteristic town and its rich history dating back to Roman times.

After a short walk, we will arrive at a beautiful wine cellar, where we will open the wines produced in the family vineyard: Frascati Superiore DOCG and Lazio IGT. After tasting the wine with some traditional appetizers, start your pasta making.

You will learn how to make real homemade pasta, so be prepared to get your hands dirty. Once you’ve kneaded and rolled out your pasta, you can choose from three typical recipes: Carbonara, Amatriciana or Cacio e Pepe.

The grand finale of your tour will be when you sit down to enjoy your pasta while you converse with other guests for as long as you like. After dinner, you’ll have the chance to see the “caves” underneath the cellar before your tour comes to an end.
