The experience begins with an hour-long visit to the famous Rialto market. Early risers come here to explore the fish, fruit and vegetable markets, while the shop windows display cheeses, wines and desserts. Here you can choose, with the Chef’s suggestions, the ingredients to cook for your 4-course Venetian fish lunch: antipasto, fresh pasta, main course with vegetables and a small dessert.

Once you have finished shopping, you will be taken to the Chef’s wonderful, completely renovated flat, a 15-minute walk away, located in a very important Venetian building on the fifth floor (noble floor).

Start the cooking class and discover Italian traditions from a real professional Chef.

Finally, you will be able to taste your dishes accompanied by fine wine.
