This will be a short introduction to the art of tasting:
– story and production technique of traditional balsamic vinegar;
– the way of tasting;
– the parameters of evaluation;
– simulation of a tasting session.
Please inform us in advance if you have any allergies, intolerance or special dietary requirements.
The tasting room and kitchen are on the ground floor. Access to the attics is by stairs, there are no elevation devices.
