Search for truffles in the woods with the “Trifolau” and his trusty dog and at the ends of this particular hunt you will enjoy the traditional Trifolau lunch in a farmhouse including:

1. welcome drink with tastings of typical products with truffles and salami
2. salad of robiola d’Alba, valerian and black truffle or voul-à-vent with fondue and black truffle
3. Baked peppers with typical Piedmontese accompanying sauce
4. Homemade tajarin with Black Truffle
5. fried egg with black truffle
6. bunet or panna cotta
7. water, Barbera wine, coffee, grappa, bread and breadsticks

Dogs NOT allowed in order not to distract the searching dog.

Children’s price only for children under 6 years old with reduced menu, without truffles and without wine.
