Discover one of the less famous PDOs of the Aosta Valley: the ham of Saint-Rhémy-en-Bosses. In this small village located on the border with Switzerland, in the Gran San Bernando Valley, ham is produced with ancient methods, following a centuries-old tradition.
In conjunction with the tasting of the ham we offer a guided tour of the open-air museum of Etroubles, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in Italy.
