From the first official “cicolatè”, Giò Antonio Ari, who was authorised to produce and sell chocolate by a “licence” issued by Madama Reale Maria Giovanna Battista di Savoia Nemours in 1675, to the invention of gianduia chocolate, the symbol of Turin throughout the world, the itinerary will take you on a journey through culture and flavour, delighting the mind, eyes and palate!
