This tour will take you to discover the Medici family’s neighborhood with their first palace hiding a frescoed chapel with authentic portraits of the family and the church of San Lorenzo, masterpiece of the Renaissance architecture by Brunelleschi. The Medicis were its patrons and later Michelangelo was involved in its extension with the addition of the magnificent Chapels. In the same neighborhood you will walk around the historical food market where your guide will take you to the traditional shops to let you  taste the typical local  delicacies like the finocchiona and Tuscan salami, pecorino cheeses, paired with a glass of Chianti wine, the Tuscan olive oil, the cantuccini biscuits and more!
