In addition to renowned wines, Langhe territory is famous also for the production of hazelnuts. This oily fruit is widely used in Piedmontese cuisine to make sweets, often combined with cocoa (one for all, Gianduiotto chocolates).
In this experience you will visit a small hazelnut producer and taste its products. Lunch will take place in a characteristic osteria with a hazelnut-based tasting menu.
Dogs allowed.
Please inform us in advance if you have any allergies, intolerance or special dietary requirements.
The experience meeting point depends on the producer and the restaurant available for the chosen date. The locations will be at 30 minutes drive from Alba.
