With this experience you will learn all the secret of a traditional acetaia near Modena, its story and production technique, the unique perfume you get in the vinegar aging lofts.
Make a vertical taste of all our products: from the sweet “saba”, to the sweet-sour condiment “Balsamo saba” all through the traditional balsamic vinegar of Modena in its two aging: minimum 12 years and the extra aged minimum 25 years of aging.

The tasting room and kitchen are on the ground floor. Access to the attics is by stairs, there are no elevation devices.
