For cheese lovers, a full immersion experience in a traditional goat and sheep dairy farm in Alta Langa near Cuneo.
The tour starts with a visit to the animals in the stable and/or in the pasture, to continue in the dairy where you will learn the secrets of raw milk cheese making. The experience ends with a light lunch including:
1. 8 types of raw milk, goat and sheep milk cheeses, from the most delicate to the seasoned, combined with local honey and jams
2. 2 types of artisan cured meats
3. 1 vegetarian cold dish
4. 1 homemade dessert
5. Sourdough bread
6. 2 glasses of wine (1 white and 1 red)
Dogs are allowed.
Non-alcoholic alternative available for children.
